Dany Laferrière will be featured on a new series of postage stamps unveiled on Wednesday at the opening of the 2024 Montreal Book Fair.
These stamps aim to pay tribute to “five award-winning literary voices” who “inspire and illuminati people in Canada and beyond.”
According to Canada Post, Laferrière was chosen for their “unique contributions to the corpus of French-Canadian literature.”
