An officer from the Multinational security support mission went missing in Haiti on Tuesday after an incident involving gangs, the MSS said in a statement.
The Special force were attacked by gang members when they were helping a vehicle from the national Police that was stuck in a ditch, suspected to have been dug by gangs, the statement added.
Local Media reported that the officer was killed, and videos were shared on social media.
